We the people- Men and Women- MUST become knowledgeable of the LAW!!!   Ignorance of the Law is no excuse!!!  Here  is a list of suggested books and documents to help you along the way!  If we don't have the knowledge, how can we protect and secure our freedom?

We are dedicated to helping each other in this exciting journey of learning about lawful jurisdictions and establishing our Article1 Assemblies! 

There is a lot of great information out there to consider.  This is a list of websites and videos that we have found to be quite educational, informative and accurate.  With that said, we must all use those beautiful brains God gave us and question everything, think critically and use discernment!

8 Week Critical Education Course

People should participate starting from the beginning!  Please do not cherry-pick the calls you think will be most interesting!  They build upon each other.  There are also suggested books that will greatly help you in this educational process and they are highly recommended.  Each call will last 90 minutes to two hours. Here is the anticipated course outline:

Week 1: Foundational documents, 1774-1860   (Read "Who Knew? What you were never taught in school...  Volume 1 - available on this web site only)

Week 2: 1860-Present,  Cestui que vie Act, Corpus Juris Secundum, 14th Amendment, Birth Certificates and the Federal Reserve.

Week 3:  Law Review:  Common Law, Admiralty Law, Public Law, Commercial Law, Government, Natural Rights vs. Privileges

(Read "Who Knew? What you were never taught in school, Volume 2, available on this web site AND "Common Law Handbook" available on amazon.com.  Also critical to read- Natural Law by Lysander Spooner and The Law by Frederic Bastiat.  The last two are very short !)

 Week 4: Declaring you are alive and occupying the office of executor/executrix of your estate.

Week 5-8  How to start using your power and authority as a living man or woman!

-Income Taxes / W-9

-"Driving" / Licenses

-Mortgages

-Property Tax / owning land in allodium

-The administrative process and much more.

by 1837, the Federal Constitution was missing the 13th amendment and the preamble was changed in this one from  "...do ordain and establish this constitution FOR the United States of America"

to:

"...do ordain and establish this constitution OF the United States of America".

THERE IS A DIFFERENCE.
