According to the Common Law / Common Law Jurisdiction.
Basic Premise of Common Law is: the Golden Rule ~ Do unto others as you would have done unto you!
-The People make up local Common Law Grand Juries and Petit Juries of the People = "The People's Court" - The People determine the validity of laws, the facts and the sentences. The people ARE the "government". The service entity we have been taught to be "the government" is actually the "subject"! Our public "servants" SERVE the people! They are subject to our power and authority and operate within the confines we, the people, have prescribed.
The power flows down from the people....
1. The People-Self -Govern according to Natural/Common Law
2. Article 1 Township Assemblies of the People, also known historically as "Popular Assemblies" determine what they need from their "subject" - The Township Service Org.
3. Article 1 County Assemblies of the People's Township Delegates / The County Svc
4. Article 1 State Assembly of the Peoples County Delegates / The State Svc Org (aka Gov't)
5. The Federal Government- Extremely Limited Power and Authority / Admiralty - Maritime Jurisdiction
Interesting: Compare the word Govern or Self-govern with Government-
Govern: authority, control over
Self-govern: to have self-control or authority over yourself or your actions
Government: In Latin, "ment" or "mens" means "mind"
Government = mind control
Primarily Common Law - Law of the Land Jurisdiction.
These service entities provide services and address issues which primarily effect the people directly (regarding property, parks and local services). Under common law, there is very little need for a government service entity at the township level as people should own their property in allodium and therefore can do as they wish with it- No restrictions. Nor do men and women have to pay property taxes when land is owned in allodium. Under common law, your property is "Private". The term "residential" is actually a commercial term which then subjects you to property tax. The main need for a township is the HALL! So the people can meet for the following purposes:
Article 1 Township Assemblies - The people meet as needed:
1. to consult for the common good,
2. to instruct their Representatives and
3. to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Jurors are selected here for Grand Juries and Petit Juries called for suits at common law in the townships, towns, villages and cities. A percentage of the jurors would serve at the county and state levels.
Villages, Towns and Cities may need a larger service structure with more public servants to address roads and other transportation items, etc.
Combination of Common Law and Admiralty Law Jurisdictions
The County provides services for the people such as Courts of Record / Public Record (Common Law) as well as services that pertain to commerce.
-Delegates chosen by the people in their Article 1 Township Assemblies meet together in an
Article 1 County Assembly to address larger / County issues that effect the people.
In suits at Common Law that involve men and women from different townships, the county Grand Jury would be called. The county Grand Jury (historically) is supplied with jurors from the various townships, towns, villages and cities.
County Government Services may include:
Common Law Jurisdiction: Clerk, Court and Public Records, Parks & Recreation, Veteran Services, Public Works, Sheriff Dept.
Admiralty / Maritime Jurisdiciton: Commercial Vendor licensing, and associated taxes
Primarily Admiralty / Maritime Law - Law of the Sea Jurisdiction
The State Government may handle all issues and services related to state commerce and some interstate commerce. It is recommended that all men and women read ALL of your state constitutions beginning with the original state constitution. Take note of how and what things changed between them!
Remember: Any powers NOT delegated to the United States (Federal Gov't) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states (state gov'ts), are reserved for the states (gov't) respectively,
OR the the people. (Article 10 Bill of Rights ~ 10th Amendment) The people determine what services the state will provide for them or on their behalf. Remember, the PEOPLE are the government, the service organization that we have been trained is the "government" does NOT rule of men and women. They are SUBJECT to men and women!
Commerce: the purchase AND sale of goods, wares, merchandise either by wholesale or retail. Examples: commercial drivers licensing or commercial business licensing and state highways and roads.
Delegates/Representatives chosen by the Article 1 Township Assembly and/or Article 1 County Assembly would meet together to hold an Article 1 State Assembly to address State and Federal issues that are effecting the people.
Admiralty / Maritime Law ~ Law of the Sea
The federal government handles all issues and services related to interstate or international commerce, military, and a few other things. (Refer to the Constitution for the United States of America for a complete list of the services that the people created the federal government to provide).
Examples include: interstate highways interstate and international trade / commerce (imports & exports), coining money and making rules for how they do all these things (known as legislation).
The state and federal service organizations are composed of THREE DEPARTMENTS know as the Executive, Legislative and Judicial "Branches". Each department or branch has very specific responsibilities and duties as spelled out very clearly by the Constitution for the United Sates of America.
Remember: Any powers NOT delegated to the United States (Federal Gov't) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States (state gov't), are reserved for the states (gov't) respectively, or the people. (Article 10 Bill of Rights ~ 10th Amendment)
