*** The information on this website is a GUIDE! We have never seen ARTICLE 1 / 1st Amendment Assemblies of the people!!! An Article 1 Assembly is simply the inhabitants of a town or township coming together to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. No "membership" required. The only requirement is simply that you are a member of the community aka inhabitant; you live there. We are exercising our God-given rights that are PROTECTED by the state and federal constitutions.

We have been deliberately deceived over decades to believe that the government has power and authority to tell us, men and women, what we can and cannot do and how to do it. They have used language in a very deceptive way and have removed certain education regarding law and government from our public education. It is our responsibility and our DUTY to correct it by reading and comprehending our Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the United States of America and your original state constitution. These documents are our FOUNDATION.

Article 1 Assemblies (First Amendment Assemblies) are NOT competing with any other type of group/assembly that requires you to "change your status", sign any papers or take oaths and that hold private meetings. Those groups are apparently trying to re-seat positions in the Body Politic known as "government"- The County Government, State Government and the Federal Government. It is very confusing for the people as these groups call themselves an "assembly" as compared to the county or state government. They are not the assembly mentioned in Article 1 of the Bill of Rights OR the Michigan Constitution. We advise that you do your due diligence in researching these groups, have total comprehension in what their mission is and read their "documents" and QUESTION EVERYTHING. Ask for historical "evidence" and resources as to what they are doing and requiring you to do. They are NOT Article 1 / First Amendment assemblies of the people.
We have done our due diligence and continue to research and have not found any historical reference to private groups requiring members to be "vetted" in order to join and be a part of the jury pool. If someone has specific resources on this, please click on the text bubble down to the right and email us the information so we can study it! Remember, men and women are ABOVE the government. WE hold all the power and authority. Elected officials work for the people. We are simply saying that there is a MASSIVE difference between an assembly of the people (inhabitants of a township or county) and a government assembly (elected officials). We have yet to find any historical documentation on anything related to a "jural assembly". The government NEVER has the power or authority to tell living men and women when or how they can assemble.
What IS critical is that you learn and comprehend the founding documents and what they accomplished and who they pertain to! It is absolutely critical that we learn what common law is and how to exercise it through self-governing and the trial by jury. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL. If you are not familiar or learned in these areas, you are a sitting duck; completely at the mercy of a criminal network masquerading as our government. No one else can do the work for you. It will take all of us learning this information, the truth- before things will get better.
