How do you form an Article 1 Assembly?

Suggested: 

Announce your meeting to all the people attending:

     -the local School Board Meetings

     -the County Commission meetings

     -Church meetings

     -Sporting events

     -ETC

Make Fliers and POST them on community boards as well as handing them out.

POST in your social media groups.

A. It is ABSOLUTELY imperative that all men and women attending your meetings know and comprehend WHAT the The Declaration of Independence accomplished in it's fullness and WHO the federal and state constitutions apply to and WHY both the state and federal constitutions include all the articles of the Bill of Rights (or first 10 amendments of the federal constitution).

B. They (men and women) need to know and comprehend that there are TWO LAWFUL JURISDICTIONS and that Admiralty/Maritime Jurisdication can NEVER encroach upon or enter Common Law Jurisdiction!

Common Law Jurisdiction: applies to living souls (men and women- non-ficitional entities)

Admiralty / Maritime Jurisdiction: applies to dead entities (corporations/commercial- fictional entities)

C. And they need to absolutely see in both the Federal and State Constitutions that We, the people, have the God-given right to peaceably assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HAVING THIS MEETING!!!

D.  Suggestion:   Your first few meetings can be men and women from multiple townships- learning together until each township is ready to hold meetings on their own!  You will need educators who can continue to provide "educational meetings" and/or you can start directing men and women to this website and our WEEKLY LIVE Critical Education calls!   This will lighten the burden on your assembly regarding the critical foundational education so you can focus on your assembly and the needs of your community!

E.  Announce the following positions that need to be filled:  

           NOTE TAKER =  SCRIBE

           MODERATOR = The person running the meeting and keeping on track

           TREASURER = The person who takes and handles financial donations for the facility rental and marketing materials etc. 

           SECURITY =Bailiff = A confident and strong person who would be capable of assisting a person out of the meeting who becomes unruly.

These positions can be held by multiple people to "lighten the load" so to speak.   

    - It would be prudent to have three people looking after the finances.  

    -You can have multiple scribes. The scribes may be in charge of taking the minutes of the meeting and writing up the agenda for the next meeting and sending it to the moderator.

     -You can have multiple moderators.  The key here would be that they learn ROBERTS RULES OF ORDER so that every meeting is run in an orderly and fair manner every time.  However, we are the people, so you can determine how best to run your meeting!

All records should be held in the same place and with the same person (possibly by two people) for security and record keeping/ historical purposes.

 F. ALWAYS: schedule the NEXT MEETING before adjourning and as a group, determine how often the assembly would like to meet and the duration of the meetings.  

G. This is an OPEN TO THE PUBLIC meeting!   

The only people who may speak at the meeting are THOSE WHO LIVE IN YOUR TOWNSHIP- unless given permission by the group.  The only people who can vote are those who live in the township.  Remember, this is a meeting of, by and for the people as it relates to YOUR TOWNSHIP, county and state!!!  The goal is for every township to hold at least monthly meetings.  The inhabitants of your township should be the voices that share and discuss...

A.  First and Foremost, as a group, make a list of your immediate grievances.  Write them on a large "White Board" so you are all observing the same list.

***EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE ON A COMMITTEE!!!***

For the VOICE of the PEOPLE to be effective, everyone must participate!  If we are not vigilant in preserving our God-given rights, we lose them. This is what has already happened which is the reason we are taking back our RIGHTS!   Everyone MUST participate to secure their freedom!

Suggested Committees:

A. ASSEMBLING COMMITTEE ~   this group focus' on:

    1. Marketing & Advertising- getting the word out for local men and women to attend your Article 1 

        Township Assembly meetings. Always looking for local events people can attend to hand out 

         fliers etc.

     2. Public Notices-         

        The Article 1 Assemblies will give PUBLIC NOTICE that they have officially formed.  This will be     

         done-               

          a. PUBLICLY at the Township (Body Politic- defacto) Meeting by reading your notice into the minutes during the public comment section.  (We may decide to skip this step!)          

          b. by PUBLISHING a notice in a local newspaper that serves the township or possibly on this 

              website.                   

B. EDUCATION & RESEARCH COMMITTEE

The majority of people will participate here.  This is extremely important!  You will most likely form subcommittees as the assembly grows.

This committee will dive into the founding documents and start presenting tidbits of truth to the assembly! (What they are learning or discovering)

Examples:  

     1. What is common law and how does it work?

     2. What is "Robert's Rules of Order'' and how does it work?

     3. What is the 7th amendment and what does it mean?

     4. What is Grand Jury of the people?  What is it's purpose and how does it function?

     5. What is the role of the County Sheriff? (See resources:  Anderson on Sheriffs)

     6. What does it mean to petition the government for a redress of grievances?

There are SO MANY subjects or topics....  Your assembly or committees will determine what is most appropriate and timely to "study" right now.  When many participate- the workload is light!

C. PUBLIC COMMUNICATION / REDRESS OF GRIEVANCES COMMITTEE   

(This entire step is up for review!)

    1  It is critical that we start communicating with our elected public servants and those that work 

        within our townships, towns, villages and cities.   We need to be inviting them to meetings and 

        educating them on COMMON LAW and their proper authority!  

    2.  This is when we start our proper "petitioning the government for redress of grievances."   Will 

         they or won't they listen, acknowledge and change their unlawful behavior etc.?  Our 

         communication(s) should be professional and factual (non-emotional).  (We may decide NOT to     

         do this.  There will be conversion about "jurisdiction" and how to proceed.)

    3. This committee will be researching lawful (common law) ways we can remove     

        existing/corporate public servants from their positions.  Of course one way is by voting out    

        corrupt servants and voting in men and women who know Common Law and will uphold it (if     

        and when we ever have an honest and fair election) .  Another way is by holding them 

        accountable to the oath that they took!   Public servants can be removed if they have violated 

        their oath.  (More on this in our Support Calls), Of course, there will be a learning curve here as 

        we have never stood up as men and women in our Article 1 / First Amendment Assemblies 

        under Common Law Jurisdiction.

D. JURY COMMITTEE

     Your township assembly will need to determine how you will fill your JURY POOL.  Any man or woman knowledgeable in common law may serve as a juror.   It is the most important role we can assume as it is the PEOPLE who determine the LAW and the FACTS and the sentencing. NOT THE COURTS that we know today.   In fact, if a law is found to be "bad" throughout the investigation process, the JURY nullifies the law and makes it of no effect.   

     The People's Grand Jury holds tremendous power as it is how we audit and oversee our elected officials and government business and laws.  This is why the EDUCATION of our men, women and children of COMMON LAW JURISDICTION is so important!

     Common Law Jurisdiction exists today but unfortunately hardly anyone is aware of it nor do we function within it.   Even TODAY, we can call the People's Grand Jury and hold public officials accountable!  But we must learn common law and how it works.

     A critical aspect to enforcing common law jury verdicts are the township Justices of the Peace, Constables and the county SHERIFF.  The People hold the highest power.  Second to them are the elected Justices of the Peace and Constables who secure and protect the rights of the people and are peace officers.  Not surprisingly, and quite mysteriously, the positions of Justices of the Peace and Constables have been removed from our electtions. And our sheriffs today are not aware of common law and the God-given rights of men and women.  They have become "policy" enforcers for the defacto government.   The Sheriff is an elected public servant of the people and exists to PROTECT our God-given rights.  Did you know that the county Sheriff would have to first communicate with the Constable before approaching a man or a woman?  The highest law enforcement power, even higher than state /federal authorities, within the county. belongs to the people.  This education is CRITICAL for the people and we need to start educating the people and re-establishing the proper "chain of command" when it comes to self-governance in this REPUBLIC.  You will be shocked at the fraud that has been perpetrated against the people of this nation by our so-called government.

***Remember, we are all equal and everyone has ONE VOTE!!!  When voting on anything, your assembly will determine if you want 50% plus one or 2/3 vote etc.....and it can vary based on the significance or seriousness of the topic/item. Sometimes you may want to take a ROLL CALL VOTE. These are things we can help with on the Support Calls.

WEEKLY SUPPORT CALLS

We will be supporting you and we need to support each other.  Township Assemblies can work together until they are strong enough to stand on their own.  We will have weekly support calls where we answer any questions you may have.  

We will share information and ideas. We will have education calls.  This is all about us, the people. We are all on this new journey together.   Be patient and kind. Help each other along the way. God has given us so much freedom but it has been stolen from us. We are just venturing into the process of taking it back!

Remember, we are all EQUAL. No one has any more power or authority than the next guy/gal!!!  We all get ONE VOTE!

We the people (men and women- mankind) HOLD ALL THE POWER & AUTHORITY!  As we step into this revelation, we may get some things wrong or confused but we WILL re-establish common law jurisdiction and experience ALL of the Freedom and Liberty that God intended for us and that our Founding Fathers (and Mothers) created for us here- in the united States of America!

As we, the people, start forming our Article 1 Township Assemblies, there will be a time that we need to then form our Article 1 County Assemblies and Article 1 State Assemblies.  We will cover this all in the Article 1 Support Calls and Education Calls.

We would like to see 2/3 of the counties holding  Article 1 County Assembly meetings by August 1, 2022!
